You can find out about it all in a number of ways this week. There are guided walking or cycling excursions, talks with locals, exhibition visits and, of course, also wildlife observations. Equipped with night vision equipment, we try to capture the nocturnal builder on film and see it with our own eyes. The chances are pretty good with our beaver experts. Even if without a doubt Europe's biggest rodent is the focus of this week, there is still enough time to discover the National Park region from other vantage points.

One cultural highlight is promised by the guided walk on the historical-literary trail as you walk in the footsteps of the world famous writers Hemmingway, Böll and Salinger.
