On our excursions we listen to the sounds of screech owls and other owls, admire the bat's airborne acrobatics and watch who is hunting under the blanket of darkness from our animal hide. Although the main players are nocturnal animals, there is plenty to find out about them by day. We can learn about ringing campaigns, check barn owl nesting boxes or observe the bat's daytime quarters. You will explore the National Park region's landscape in small groups on theme paths, exhibition visits and in talks with experts. Last but not least: there is also be enough time for relaxation. Picnics on river meadows or mountain plateaus or a gentle sunrise walk; there is no better way to experience the Nature Park region.
